On Saturday, June 9th, GreenFields of Geneva hosted its first Chalk the Walk. Residents of the senior living community welcomed more than 30 guests from the surrounding Mill Creek neighborhood in Geneva, as they decorated the sidewalks with chalk and enjoyed refreshments together. “We really value our relationship with our neighbors and this was a fun way for us to spend some time with them,” said Kathryn Schumpert, life enrichment manager for GreenFields. “We’re looking forward to having numerous community events this summer.”
The next Chalk the Walk celebrations will be held on July 14th and August 11th at 1:30-3 p.m.
